Electronic invoices

Please be advised that under the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 20 December 2012. On the transmission of invoices in electronic form storage rules and procedures for sharing the tax authority or tax inspection authority (OJ of 29 December 2012., Pos. 1528 ) all invoices for goods and services sold by Gitlighting will be delivered to you via e-mail.

On the basis of § 4 of the Regulation specifies the following way to ensure the authenticity of origin, integrity of content and legibility of the invoice:

• Subject of the message will contain the following string: Invoice Gitlighting of the day, and in the case of VAT invoices correction: Correction of invoices Gitlighting.
• Invoice will be delivered as an attachment in PDF format
• The message will be completed by the formula: Originals of invoices (in PDF format) provided by Gitlighting are consistent with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 20 December 2012. on the transmission of invoices in electronic form storage rules and procedures for sharing the tax authority or control authority duty (OJ of 29 December 2012., pos. 1528).

Pursuant to § 3 of the Regulation, if you do not accept this form of delivery of the document please submit objections in writing. Except in cases of an objection, that automatically it deemed to accept the rules of sending invoices electronically.

E-invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the State for the execution of the order. Customers who do not have accounts in our system are encouraged to register online, so you have the chance to use a range of facilities and additional discounts.
